DESCRIPTION: Pillar Point Harbor, 3.5 miles north of Hwy 92 off Hwy101 and Half Moon Bay. Time: 7:30 am sunrise. A perfect day beginning and the nearby lagoon has a lone Great Blue Heron resting in the water.
All shots taken with Canon 30D using a 500mm f4 lens, some shots with 1.4 teleconverter added. Most shots on a tripod. This first shot was only 1/50th sec at f4.
