DESCRIPTION: Eurasian Eagle Owl in the care of Native Bird Connections, Martinez, CA. This owl was raised in captivity, is not injured but is used as a teaching bird to help educate people about raptors. Note the eyes do not really glow, the pop-up flash creates this look.
